Who handles requests

Send a deletion request

1. Email support@winrank.ai with the subject Winrank data deletion request, preferably from the email associated with your Winrank account.
2. Identify your Winrank workspace or website and, for an Instagram connection request, the connected Instagram username. State whether you want the connection data deleted or the entire Winrank account deleted.
3. We will verify that you own the account or are authorised to request deletion. We may request limited additional information for that purpose. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment credentials or government identity documents in the initial request.

What happens next

We process verified requests promptly and email you the outcome or any information needed to complete the request. For Instagram connection deletion, we stop starting new publications, delete stored access tokens and delete the connected profile and publication records that are no longer needed. For full account deletion, we also delete eligible account, workspace and content information held by Winrank. Information we are legally required to retain is limited to that purpose, and we explain any applicable exception.

We remove eligible data from active systems and instruct relevant service providers to delete it. If any retained backup must be restored, deletion requests must be reapplied before the restored data returns to ordinary use. A publication already sent to Meta may still finish.

Revoke Instagram access

If you connected Instagram, you can also remove Winrank or Winrank-IG in Instagram's Apps and websites permissions. Revoking access prevents further authorised API access; email us using the steps above to request deletion of data already stored by Winrank.

Disconnecting or deleting data from Winrank does not delete posts already published on Instagram, WordPress or Ghost. Manage those posts in the destination service. A data deletion request does not by itself cancel an active subscription; cancel it in Winrank billing if you also want future renewals stopped.
