About the service provider

Winrank is operated by SAKSHAM KESHRI LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership (LLPIN: ACL-3683). Our registered office is at W/O Baleshwar Prasad, H. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

If you use Winrank on behalf of an organisation or client, you must have authority to accept these terms and manage the websites, content and connections you submit. Do not share access in a way that exposes another customer's workspace or confidential information.

Using Winrank

You may use Winrank for lawful business and content activities. You must not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another user's workspace without permission, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use generated material unlawfully.

Connected services and content

You authorise Winrank to access connected services only for the actions you request. Google Search Console access is read-only and can be disconnected at any time. You remain responsible for reviewing content, data, and publishing actions before relying on them. Search rankings, traffic, citations, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

Your content and AI-generated material

As between you and Winrank, you retain your rights in the website material, prompts, uploads and other content you supply. To the extent we hold transferable rights in outputs generated specifically for your account, we assign those rights to you. You may use those outputs commercially, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights or licence terms. AI outputs may resemble other outputs; we do not promise uniqueness, exclusivity, copyright protection or freedom from third-party claims.

You give Winrank the limited permission to host, process, reproduce, adapt and transmit your content as needed to provide the features you request, including delivery through our service providers and publishing to destinations you authorise. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or give us permission to use it in public marketing without your separate consent. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated articles, images, citations and research may contain errors, outdated information or unsuitable material. You are responsible for checking factual claims, sources, rights and suitability before publication or reliance, and for obtaining any professional review your use requires. Winrank is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. These limitations do not excuse a materially deficient service or remove remedies required by law.

Publishing, integrations and backlinks

Connecting a publishing service lets Winrank perform the actions you authorise. Enabling automatic publishing instructs us to publish according to your saved settings without a separate approval for each scheduled item. You can change those settings or disconnect a destination. Work already submitted to an external service may still complete, and disconnecting does not remove content already published there.

Publishing and backlink features depend on connected accounts, valid permissions, suitable content and third-party availability. Search-engine indexing, particular domain-rating scores, permanent link availability and specific SEO improvements are not guaranteed unless expressly promised in your purchase terms. Third-party sites may change or remove content. You must be authorised to submit the sites and material you use and comply with the applicable platforms' rules.

Instagram publishing authorisation

If Instagram publishing is available to you, you may connect a Business or Creator account that you own or are authorised to manage. You authorise Winrank to use the permissions you grant only to provide the connected publishing service. Connecting an account alone does not authorise automatic posting: you must separately enable automatic sharing or request an individual publication.

If you enable automatic sharing, you instruct Winrank to prepare and publish the configured Instagram image and caption after the corresponding article has successfully published on your website. You are responsible for checking the source content, your chosen publishing settings and your authority to publish it. You retain your rights in your content and grant Winrank the limited permission needed to process it and deliver it to the services you select.

You may disable future automatic sharing or disconnect Instagram. Content already submitted to Meta may still finish publishing, and disconnecting does not delete posts already published to Instagram. You can manage those posts directly in Instagram. Turning off a connection does not, by itself, cancel your Winrank subscription.

Instagram features depend on account eligibility, the permissions you grant and Meta's availability, processing and limits. Publication may be delayed or fail; Winrank does not guarantee a particular publication time or social reach. You must comply with Instagram's terms and applicable content rules. Winrank is independently operated and is not endorsed by Meta or Instagram.

Data and deletion requests

Our Privacy Policy describes data processing. You can request deletion of data held by Winrank by following our Data deletion instructions. We verify your authority before deleting account or connected-account data.

Subscription and billing

Eligible new customers can start Winrank with a three-day free trial through Stripe or Razorpay. Your selected provider collects or authorises a payment method when the trial begins but does not charge the subscription price until the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at ₹9,499 INR per month for customers in India or $99 USD per month for customers outside India. The introductory offer can be used once per account; a later resubscription starts immediately at the applicable monthly price. By starting the trial, you authorise these recurring renewal charges. You can manage Stripe billing through its customer portal and manage Razorpay cancellation from Winrank billing. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first renewal charge; cancellation later takes effect according to the cancellation date shown in billing. Failed or unpaid charges may restrict generation, publishing, and other paid features.

The checkout summary identifies the payment currency, subscription price, billing frequency and any applicable taxes before you authorise payment. A temporary payment-method verification authorisation is separate from the subscription price; the provider releases or refunds any verification amount. Changes to an existing subscription price will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect and apply only to a future renewal. You may cancel before the changed price applies.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop future renewals from Billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge. First paid periods and renewals are generally non-refundable for change of mind, including unused days or article allowances, with exceptions for billing errors, unresolved material service failures and mandatory legal rights. The detailed eligibility rules, cancellation steps, access effects, request process and processing timelines are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Stopping usage, disconnecting an integration or requesting data deletion does not by itself cancel renewal. If you cannot complete cancellation, contact support promptly; we use the time we receive a verifiable cancellation request when reviewing a later charge. No provision of these terms or the refund policy removes non-excludable consumer remedies or applicable withdrawal rights.

Plan allowances and fair use

Your plan includes the services and allowances described at checkout. The Organic Growth plan is offered with 30 articles per month; an article allowance describes service capacity, not a deposit or cash credit. The applicable billing period and access dates are shown in Billing. Unused capacity does not create a monetary refund entitlement, subject to the refund policy and mandatory legal rights.

Features advertised as unlimited, including users, keyword research or rewrites where offered, remain available for ordinary use within your organisation. Do not use them to bypass paid entitlements, operate unauthorised automated extraction, resell access without permission, or deliberately overload the service. We may apply proportionate security or capacity controls to address abuse and will explain a material restriction where practicable. Fair use does not allow us to silently replace advertised plan features with undisclosed ordinary-use quotas.

Availability and changes

We may improve or change features as the service evolves. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material reduction in a paid service where practicable, except where urgent security or legal requirements prevent it, and provide any remedy required by law. The service is provided on an “as available” basis; we do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free AI outputs. Express purchase commitments and mandatory warranties remain in effect.

We publish revised terms with an updated date and notify existing customers of material changes through an account notice or email. Changes apply prospectively after the notice period specified, which will be at least 30 days for a material reduction in contractual rights unless a shorter period is required by law or an urgent security need. Earlier purchases retain the specific promises made at purchase; posting an update alone does not retrospectively remove those rights.

Termination

You may stop using Winrank at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.

Where reasonable and safe, we will explain the issue and give an opportunity to correct a material breach before terminating access. Save any content you need before access ends; continued storage or editing access is not guaranteed indefinitely. Termination does not transfer your content rights to us or automatically remove content on your connected services. Cancellation, refunds and deletion remain subject to the policies linked above. If we discontinue a prepaid service without your breach, we will refund the unused affected portion or provide another remedy you agree to, subject to applicable law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or anticipated SEO results. Winrank's total liability arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This contractual limit does not reduce an approved refund or any remedy required by law.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to deficient or misdescribed services, take priority over these terms.

Governing law and resolving complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any legally available consumer forum, the courts with jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana, India will hear contractual disputes. This clause does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or a right to bring a claim in another forum available under applicable law.

For a complaint, email support@winrank.ai with your account details and the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and provide a substantive response within seven business days, or explain the investigation and expected next update. Contacting us does not prevent you from using statutory complaint, dispute or payment-provider channels, and any shorter legal deadline applies.
